Circle H Contractors is based in Midlothian, Texas, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth region as the premier underground utility contractor.
Backed by many decades of combined experience, our team has the experience and expertise to deliver superior utility contracting for municipal and special utility district water and sanitary sewer line installation, repair and rehab.
Private commercial project services include water, sewer, and storm sewer installation, as well as new subdivision installation of water, sewer, storm sewer, and electrical and other franchise utilities duct and conduit installation.
The company began as Lone Star Boring and Utility Contractors, formed in 1993 by Mark Hill, specializing in bores. Later that year, LSBUC was renamed as Circle H Contractors, specializing in boring, utilities and concrete structures. Directional boring was added to the available services in 2014.
Brad Owens and Blake Norwood assumed ownership of Circle H Contractors, LP on January 1, 2015. Since that time, the company has grown substantially, adding both the equipment and people to serve a wider geographic area within North Texas, and to successfully complete more complex projects.
